Oh my god, thank you so much for this! :D Especially the dresser and armories, cause boy are they weird. I've always liked a lot of the meshes, but the colours and patterns have never fitted well into my houses. Now they're actually usable!

You are very welcome! Yes, most of the textures Maxis/EA used left a lot to be desired. Now at least they work in a normal household as well as a themed one. :)
